1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StakeStore (the "Site") and any purchase of verified Stake accounts ("Accounts") offered through it. By visiting the Site, browsing our shop, or completing a checkout, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction (18+ or 21+ where applicable) and must not reside in a country where the use of Stake or similar platforms is prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of an Account complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Product description

StakeStore sells fully verified third-party Stake accounts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Stake. Details on what is included with each Account are listed on the benefits and how it works pages.

4. Orders, payment and delivery

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include any applicable processing fees. Accounts are delivered digitally to the email address you provide, typically within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

5. Lifetime warranty

Every Account purchased from StakeStore is covered by a lifetime warranty. If an Account stops working through no fault of the user, we will repair or replace it free of charge. See the FAQ for examples of what is and isn't covered.

6. Refunds

Because Accounts are delivered digitally and used immediately, all sales are final once login credentials have been issued. If we are unable to deliver a working Account and cannot provide a replacement, you are entitled to a full refund.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use any Account for fraud, money laundering, abuse of bonuses, or any activity that violates Stake's own terms or applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Responsible play

Gambling can be addictive. Only play with funds you can afford to lose, set time and deposit limits, and take breaks.
